On April 16, we were honored to recognize Mayor Richard M. Daley for his many architectural and design contributions to Chicago, and for his advocacy of the city’s public art, parks, festivals and unique neighborhoods.
“Green + Global: The Design Legacy of Richard M. Daley” was the perfect opportunity for Chicago to celebrate such an iconic Chicago figure whose improvement of the built environment delights locals and tourists alike, and mirrors CAF’s mission of inspiring people to discover why design matters.
We’d like to thank our guests, sponsors, event partners and the beautiful Bridgeport Art Center Skyline Loft for joining us on this important evening. Your generous support is invaluable in helping us continue working with thousands of students each year through our youth education programs. We look forward to seeing everyone next year!
