Girls Build!Girls Build!

This week-long camp is designed to engage girls ages 11-14 in place-based research and design thinking. Students will dive into a Chicago neighborhood’s history by conducting research and in-person interviews. During the camp, students will have the opportunity to create a video documentary about their research and share what makes Chicago an architecturally and culturally significant city. Their final project will be to redesign a building within that neighborhood to better serve the community.
