Newhouse Internship Award Program

We are excited to offer the winners of our Newhouse Program & Competition paid internships with architecture, design and construction firms throughout the city of Chicago. This is a great opportunity to experience working in a real office on real projects.

There are several ways you can support CPS students participating in Newhouse, including:

JURY DAY VOLUNTEER – Participate in Newhouse Jury Day on May 23 from 8:00 am-Noon
HOST A SUMMER INTERN – Sponsor a high school student from the Newhouse Architecture & Design Competition as a summer intern
CONTINUING EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP – Sponsor a high school student from the Newhouse Architecture & Design Competition to participate in a summer design education experience
MATERIALS SPONSOR – Purchase prizes for high school students in the Newhouse Architecture & Design Competition
UNRESTRICTED CONTRIBUTION – Support the work of CAF with an unrestricted contribution; gifts will underwrite staff and general administrative costs
