Join the Chicago Architecture Foundation (CAF) on an overnight Members-Only tour of the city that Lady Bird Johnson nicknamed “Athens of the Prairie”. The trip begins aboard a luxury coach bus to Columbus with our knowledgeable CAF/Columbus Docent Henry Kuehn. See the city through guided bus and walking tours, take in some of the most acclaimed art and architectural masterpieces of the 20th century such as the North Christian Church with its 192 foot spire. Get to know fellow travelers over a glass of wine while dining at Smith’s Row. The highlight of the tour will be the recently-opened-to-public Miller House, one of the most acclaimed modernist 20th century residences designed by Eero Saarinen.This tour is open only to CAF Members and includes an overnight stay at Hotel Indigo, tours, 2 continental breakfasts, one lunch and one dinner.
