- embark on an architecture walking tour that includes sketching, looking, and thinking activities - learn about a famous Chicago architect - use math to understand scaleāan important tool of the trade - design a one-of-a-kind garden - work together to build a scout-sized structure out of recycled materials
Girl Scouts will leave with their Architecture Merit Badge (available through August, 2012).
Boy Scouts need to complete and bring one pre-requisite (4: Make an accurately scaled drawing) in order to leave with a completed Blue Card.
