Foundation and Government Support

Foundation and government grants are a vital source of program and operating support for the Chicago Architecture Foundation. Generous support from local and national funders enables CAF to develop and present innovative programs for diverse public audiences, free of charge, throughout the year.

Originally curated exhibitions and public programs, including free Wednesday Lunchtime Lectures, engage general and professional audiences in exploring timely topics related to architecture, infrastructure and landscape.

CAF's Youth Education programs engage K-12 students, teachers, and families in exciting hands-on learning about designing, building and seeing our environments with new eyes.
