The University of Chicago recognized the importance of the Laboratory Schools, their K-12 primary and secondary school as one of the pre-eminent private schools in the country and an important asset to Hyde Park and the entire City. The re-development of the Lab campus was in every way aspirational. The discussion will highlight the critical thinking by Valerio Dewalt Train and FGM Architects in responding to these goals.
