1000M is a 74-story luxury condominium tower expected to open on Michigan Avenue in 2021. This reception will include a presentation on the project’s architecture and time for questions. CAF members will be able to mingle while exploring the show rooms and a detailed architectural model of this highly anticipated skyscraper.
Note: The 1000M Sales Gallery is located at 1006 S. Michigan Ave. Complimentary parking is located off Wabash, between 9th and 11th Streets. Follow the signs to the 1000M dedicated parking area.
