About the CAF Shop
The Chicago Architecture Foundation On-Line Shop is an extension of the
Chicago Architecture Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to
advancing public interest and education in architecture and related design.
The proceeds from each online sale benefit programs at the Chicago Architecture
Foundation.
Ordering Information
The Chicago Architecture Foundation On-Line Shop makes it easy to order
on-line. The first time you order from us, we ask that you create a secure
account which allows for easier ordering. If you have any questions about

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Corporate Gift Program
Volume discounts may be available for certain items through our Corporate
Gift Program. For more information, please direct your specific inquiries
by email: CorpGifts[at]architecture.org, or call 312 922-3432, ext 269.
Shipping
We now offer shipping to locations around the world. Standard UPS service
is available for United States and Canada. UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next
Day Air service is available for the United States only. UPS Worldwide
Expedited service is available internationally. Some large items may require
extra shipping charges. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

shipping and order inquiries.
All orders will be sent out within 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Business days are Monday through Friday, with the following exceptions:
New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, Christmas Eve, and Christmas
Day. Please note: Saturdays and Sundays are not delivery or transit days
for UPS. The following time-in-transit UPS map displays the approximate
number of days for shipment from Chicago via UPS Ground:

Taxes
All orders shipped within the state of Illinois will be charged 9% Chicago
sales tax. Orders shipped outside the state will not be charged tax. If
you are a school or other institution and have an Illinois tax exempt
number, please contact us at WebOrders[at]architecture.org for further information.
Questions
For questions about an order you have already placed, please e-mail our customer service representatives at:

Returns/Exchanges
You may return merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a full refund
of the product price (plus tax if applicable). Shipping charges
cannot be refunded unless the customer received an incorrect product,
in which a call tag will be issued. Please email us at WebOrders[at]architecture.org for a return
authorization number. Include your name and order number.
Refunds will be credited back to your credit card. If you received an
item as a gift, please e-mail us and we will assist you with your return.
Damages
If you receive merchandise that has been damaged during shipment, please email us at WebOrders[at]architecture.org.
Include your name, address, and order number. A replacement will be shipped to you ASAP. You will also
receive instructions on what to do with the damaged merchandise.
Security
The Chicago Architecture Foundation uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your on-line shopping and account information. The shopping cart and account pages feature SSL encryption, which secures your personal information.
Members
Chicago Architecture Foundation members receive a 10% discount off of all regularly priced merchandise. Please enter your membership number in "View Cart".
