Emily Dreke

Vice President of Development

Emily Dreke joined CAC in June of 2021. In her role as VP of Development, Emily provides strategic oversight and direction for the development department and manages her own portfolio of current and potential donors so the CAC has the resources necessary to sustain and grow its educational mission.

Emily has over 15 years of experience in mission-focused fundraising and communications. Prior to joining the CAC, Emily served for 10 years at Chicago Foundation for Women as a member of the executive team, leading the organization’s fundraising and public relations initiatives. Previously, Emily held roles at The University of Chicago as the assistant director of alumni relations and annual giving and as U.S. Senator Russ Feingold’s Deputy Finance Director for more than four years, helping raise over $10 million during the 2010 election.

Emily received her BA with top honors in Political Science and French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
