Read and Build: Sammy and the Skyscraper Sandwich
In May, we'll hear a story about a gravity-defying sandwich, then build our own take-home towers, built layer by layer, the way Sammy does it. Drop in any time between 9am and 12pm to enjoy multiple readings of Lorraine Francis's "Sammy and the Skyscraper Sandwich."
Read and Build is an exciting monthly program for you and your young children (ages 3-6). Spend time together listening to a story and creating an art project. We’ll help your little ones explore the building blocks of architecture, design and our city. We share a new story every month, so you can come again and again to work with others and build something amazing.
