Ride the trolley to the Chicago River, then step off to tour the lobbies of six opulent Art Deco skyscrapers. A popular modern style of the Roaring '20s, Art Deco's lavish materials and geometric ornament adorned new office towers as Chicago's business district expanded to, and across, the river. Riding the trolley is a quick way to get to these beautiful buildings and allows more time to enjoy them up-close and inside.
