Discover the fascinating “city below the city” used by Chicagoans every day—the Pedway. From the Thompson Center to Block 37 to the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel, our one and half mile walking tour introduces the history, design and unique surprises of the underground system. Along the way, we’ll find linkages to Chicago’s major government and Loop office and residential structures. We’ll also visit the interiors of a few of Chicago’s famous historic and contemporary buildings. If you’ve always wondered about the Pedway but were hesitant to explore, this is your chance!
