Neal Samors and Steven Dahlman, co-authors of the new book Chicago's River At Work And At Play, will present their new book. This presentation will include discussion of chapters that provide descriptions and photographs of some of the key buildings seen on the CAF Chicago River Cruise, the early history of the Chicago River as seen in photos from the Chicago History Museum, challenges to the river such as Asian carp, and future river projects including an expansion of the Riverwalk.
