LunchTalks@CAF: The Aural Realm of Architecture

Dawn Schuette, FAIA, LEED AP, Threshold Acoustics

Light, space and sound are all factors of the built environment that influence people in powerful, as well as subconscious ways. Through our practice of architectural acoustics, we explore the means with which we can positively impact the aural realm people experience in their everyday lives - in homes, offices, transportation facilities, education spaces, cultural and municipal buildings, worship facilities, performance venues and exterior urban environments.

The Chicago Architecture Foundation is pleased to present this Lunch Talk in partnership Chicago Women in Architecture for the special exhibition, Women Building Change: Chicago Women in Architecture Celebrates 40 Years.
