Newhouse Workshop: Planning and Modeling
If you’re working on the “Architecture + Planning” or “Architectural Modeling” Newhouse Competition challenges, this free workshop is for you. Come gain valuable insights from CAC staff and get help getting started on your project. This workshop is from 10am - 2pm.
Whether it’s your first time competing in Newhouse or you’re an experienced participant, this is an opportunity to learn more about the “Architecture + Planning: Propose a Tiny Home Community” and “Architectural Modeling: Sustainable Tiny Home” challenges. CAC staff will introduce participants to urban planning, model making, sustainability and the design process. There will also be ample opportunities to get questions about the challenges answered.
Join us at these other workshops! During each workshop, participants will develop fundamental skills needed to work through their 2020 Newhouse Architecture & Design Competition projects from start to finish:
