Behind the Scenes: Jones College Prep

The award winning William Jones College Preparatory High School opened in the fall of 2013, signaling new possibilities and innovation in urban school design. The tour will highlight how creative use of space and light can enrich student learning in an urban, vertical built environment and explore the light filled, expansive spaces including the gymnasium, pool, auditorium, media center and classrooms of this seven-story downtown school. Members of the Perkins + Will design team discuss the firm's innovative approach to this 21st century learning environment.
