Program

Join us for a grass-hopping good time as we draw, cut and paint our very own bug houses, created for and inspired by insects. Drop-in any time between 9am and noon for multiple readings of “Roberto the Insect Architect” by Nina Laden.
Read and Build is an exciting monthly program for you and your young children (ages 3-6). Spend time together listening to a story and creating an art project. We’ll help your little ones explore the building blocks of architecture, design and our city. We share a new story every month, so you can come again and again to work with others and build something amazing.
Join CAC at Millennium Park’s Family Fun Festival from Aug. 5-9. We’ll offer engaging, hands-on activities…
How can a building be so tall without falling over? Willis Tower is made up of nine towers “bundled”…
Columns, arches and acroteria combine to make this building a Chicago icon. Go on a mini-walking tour…
