July 27–31, 9am–3pm (5-day camp). Recommended for ages 7–11. Math, science, language arts, social science and fine arts come together in every building, but stories are what bring buildings to life. In Skylines 101 students will get to know Chicago's skyline first hand by visiting real places and real buildings alongside real designers and architects. By the end of the program they'll re-imagine and create a new Skyline to showcase their own ideas about why design matters.

Camps are limited to 16 participants. Campers should wear comfortable clothes appropriate for doing arts and crafts and bring a lunch, water bottle and hat. All campers will go outside each day and explore the Chicago Loop. Snacks and materials will be provided. Each camp will culminate with a showcase for family and friends the last 90 minutes of camp on the last day. Cancellations made more than 5 days in advance of the camp are eligible for a full refund. Refunds can be made by calling 312.922.TOUR (8687) or emailing tickets@architecture.org.

CAF Summer CampsCAF Summer Camps invite campers ages 7-18 to explore the built environment as they learn first-hand why design matters.
