Program

July 27–31, 9am–3pm (5-day camp). Recommended for ages 7–11. Math, science, language arts, social science and fine arts come together in every building, but stories are what bring buildings to life. In Skylines 101 students will get to know Chicago's skyline first hand by visiting real places and real buildings alongside real designers and architects. By the end of the program they'll re-imagine and create a new Skyline to showcase their own ideas about why design matters.
CAF Summer Camps invite campers ages 7-18 to explore the built environment as they learn first-hand why design matters. Camps inspire teamwork and creative problem-solving, build self-confidence and visual thinking and give participants the opportunity to communicate ideas using a variety of media.
