Program

Children ages 7–11 are invited to join us from 9am to 12pm on select Saturdays from January through March in the ArcelorMittal Design Studio, where we’ll work in teams and use the design process to imagine city skylines of the future. Campers will discover how to make a building tall, as well as what holds one up in the first place. With a curriculum based on CAF’s award-winning K-8 textbook "Schoolyards to Skylines,” each session features hands-on studio projects, a range of building and “making” materials, field trips and visits from guest architects. Students will present their work at a final showcase on March 12 for their families.
