Program

Join Susan King from Harley Ellis Devereaux as she discusses Lake Street Studios, the award-winning West Loop residence she designed in 2015, and why she believes micro units are vital to sustaining our city’s social fabric.
Susan F. King, FAIA, LEED AP BD+C, is a principal with Harley Ellis Devereaux Architects, where she has two roles. Nationally, she is the firm's sustainable practice leader. Regionally, she leads the housing studio in the Midwest. As an advocate for both attainable housing and green market transformation of the building industry, King is routinely invited to speak on these topics. Her award-winning, high performance work for underserved populations is widely recognized at regional and national levels.
